How to Prepare Kanchipuram Idli

  1. Mix the idli mix with curd + water to make a thick batter.

  2. Rest for 10 minutes.

  3. Pour into greased idli moulds or a deep plate for traditional “cake idli.”

  4. Steam for 12–15 minutes until firm and cooked.
